Each Mona Studios piece is individually sourced and reworked, making every item one of a kind. For this reason, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Store Credit
If there is an issue with your order, such as sizing or fit, we offer store credit provided that:
- The item is unworn
- All original tags remain attached
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
Requesting Store Credit
To request store credit, email connect.withmona@outlook.com with your order number and details of your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Please note: Mona Studios reserves the right to refuse store credit if items do not meet the above conditions.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If something isn’t right with your order, please email us at connect.withmona@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it as quickly as possible and make sure it’s resolved fairly, with store credit issued where appropriate.
